Talent comes in many flavors and one of the things I have discovered is that it’s a never ending growth process. “Mrs. Smiley,” all the smiley faces you keep around to remind everyone to keep that smile has not gone unheard. You might have commented that I am good at rallying the troops but it takes the wisdom of someone like you to provide the energy to make a rallying effort seem effortless. I’ve had the pleasure of working with you for several years now and in those moments I have been granted the gift of holding on and to keep smiling even when you really don’t want too. Thank you.
